Enquirer Consulting Group
Prepared for Exocel Bio

The plan for exovex.

Your answers. The build. Then the number, next week.

Enquirer AI is the outbound engine of Enquirer Consulting Group.
Where we left off

You asked for questions and a proposal. Here are both, in order.

Today

Your answers, then the plan

The five questions from Paul's email, answered out loud. Then how the engine would actually run for Exocel Bio: the three lanes, LinkedIn switched back on, Salesforce, the AI brain, the four months.

Next week, with Dan

The scope, the terms, the number

Dan Reeves founded Enquirer Consulting Group and engineers the engine. About 30 minutes, live, built from what you tell us today. If someone else is part of the decision, bring them.

After that

A yes or a no

Both are fine. A yes starts week one of the pilot. A no saves everyone the time. What we will not do is send a number cold and leave you to guess at it.

Nothing in this deck is priced on purpose. The number is built from today and presented live.
What we heard on September 4

20,000 in the database. 2,000 have bought. 500 keep buying.

"I haven't had enough reps to reach them ... don't have the way to get to them to tell my story."
"We are great at manufacturing, not great marketers."
The question this plan answers"How would your solution help me get new customers that know exosomes, and get my old customers to buy?"
Your words. If any of them have moved since, tell us today and the plan moves with them.
Three lanes, in the order we would run them

Three customers. Three conversations. One engine.

FIRST

Bought, then stopped

"Another rep in person did a better job."

Around 1,500 practices that have already bought exovex and stopped. They know the product and the price. They left over economics or a rep. A win-back, one to one, by name, with a reason to reorder now. Fastest lane, so it goes first.

SECOND

On a competitor's exosome

"Usually that's a price and potency discussion."

They buy exosomes, just not yours. The conversation is the case you already make, in your words: potency and price per billion. Plus your standing offers, the microscope, the lab tour, a call with your Chief Science Officer.

ALONGSIDE

Not using exosomes yet

"You have to educate them. It's a longer sales cycle."

Med spas running microneedling and PRP, practices with the energy devices. Paced as a longer nurture, with your position on samples stated up front rather than discovered later.

Each lane gets its own list, its own wording and its own follow-up rhythm. That is the difference between a promotion and an engine.
LinkedIn, switched back on

Up to three accounts, working every day, inside your lines.

01

The accounts

Real LinkedIn accounts, in real names. Yours if you want it there, a team member's, or accounts we provide and run on Exocel Bio's behalf. Each set up first, so a practice owner who clicks through sees exovex properly.

02

The right person, by name

The owner, the medical director, the dermatologist, the plastic surgeon, the trichologist at each practice in each lane. Name, role and practice checked before anyone is contacted. No front desk in between.

03

Written for one person

A connection note and a short follow-up series, each written for that person from their profile and their practice, from wording you approved. No two people get the same message.

04

Paced deliberately

Well inside LinkedIn's weekly limits, in the practice's own time zone. The first two weeks run slower on purpose. A no stops the sequence and that person is left alone, on both channels.

Every reply is read by a person on our side the same business day. A yes goes to Salesforce and your rep. Instagram stays exactly as it is.
Email, alongside LinkedIn

One-to-one email to the same decision makers. Never from exocelbio.com.

1

Separate sending domains, set up and warmed by us, so your own domain is never exposed to outbound.

2

Every address verified before it is used. Authentication and inbox placement tested before the first message goes out.

3

Your name, your sign-off, your business address and a one-click opt-out on every message, honored immediately. The same person reading the replies.

4

The same routing: a reply lands in Salesforce and with the right rep, whichever channel it came from.

Two doors to the same person. One conversation, one record, one rep.
Wired into Salesforce

Every reply lands in Salesforce and with the right rep the same day.

Today

  • A reply lands in an inbox or the site form, and someone re-keys it.
  • There is no rule that says which rep gets it, or by when.
  • The 1,500 who stopped get a promotion, not a win-back built on why each one left.
  • Nobody can see, lane by lane, what the market is answering.

With the engine

  • The reply is logged against the practice with the whole thread. The stage moves.
  • The rep who owns that account gets it the same day, with the full context, by whatever territory rule you give us.
  • Lapsed accounts due a touch are flagged. A no is marked and left alone.
  • A dashboard from day one: reached, replied, conversation, meeting, per lane.
What we need from you for this: who administers Salesforce, which edition you run, and a named integration user your admin creates, limited to the objects we agree and revocable by you at any time.
The AI operating brain

It does the admin. Your people do the selling.

01

The morning brief

Who replied overnight in each lane. Which rep owes a follow-up. Which lapsed accounts are due a touch. What is stuck and why.

02

Follow-ups drafted

In your approved language, with your compliance lines written in as rules. Nothing sends without a person saying yes.

03

Salesforce kept current

Logs the reply, moves the stage, assigns the rep. Nothing changes in Salesforce that a person has not seen, and your admin can switch it off in a click.

04

Yours

It runs in your environment, on your own accounts and subscriptions. No dependency on us after handover. We install it with your team on a working session and train the person who runs it.

Built on the same operating brain our own team runs every morning. Nothing sends, and nothing changes in Salesforce, without a person saying yes.
Inside your lines

You approve every line before it sends.

1

Written to the claim set your sign-off owner approves in writing, and nothing outside it: no names, no protocols, no outcomes.

2

B2B only, to practices, their owners and their medical directors. Never to patients or consumers.

3

Your potency and price-per-billion positioning, in the exact words your sign-off owner gives us. Nothing added, nothing implied.

4

Your named sign-off owner approves the wording before week one, and every change after it.

Every point above is a rule in the build, not a line in a deck. Your named owner has the final word on every claim.
How it starts

A pilot first. Then the build.

Step 1: the pilot, 30 days

Up to three accounts, run by our team, into the practices you name. Week one: the buyer set, the exclusions and your sign-off on the messaging. Weeks two to four: live outreach, every reply routed to your named owner the same day, and a short weekly read on what your market is answering.

Our guarantee

On the call we agree a conversations target for the first 30 days. If we miss it, the following month is on us.

What counts as a conversation, and what we need from you to get there, is agreed on the same call and written down.

Step 2: the build, four months

Four months, starting from what the pilot proved. The full engine across all three lanes, wired into Salesforce, the brain installed with your team, run with you, your person trained as it runs.

Then we hand you the keys. The lists, the messaging, the data, the Salesforce wiring and the brain are yours. Accounts belonging to your own people stay with them. No license you do not hold, no subscription you cannot see.

Scope, terms and the number are built from today and walked through live with Dan next week.
Build, run, own

Four months, fixed. Then it is yours.

Month 1

Stood up

Accounts live. The win-back lane first, then the competitor lane. Salesforce wired for replies. Sending before the month closes, with the first replies read and routed the same business day.

Month 2

The whole machine

All three lanes running. Email alongside LinkedIn. The brain installed with your team. The dashboard live, lane by lane.

Month 3

Your person runs it

We are alongside, not in front. Optimizing on real reply and conversation data. The playbook written as it is proven.

Month 4

Handover

You own the lists, the messaging, the data, the Salesforce wiring and the brain. If you would rather we kept running it, that is an option, not the model.

One point of contact, one accountable team. You never manage a row of vendors. That is our job.
What we need from you

The list Dan builds the proposal from.

1

The 20,000

A Salesforce export or access, with the named decision maker wherever you have one. Plus the third-party research you bought, if its license lets a contractor work from it. If not, we build the equivalent from our own data.

2

The 1,500 who stopped

With the reason where you know it: price, a rep, a bad experience. Reason codes make the first message right.

3

The rep map

Who is active, how territories are drawn, and how a warm lead reaches the right rep today.

4

The lines

What can and cannot be said about exovex in writing, and who signs it off on your side.

5

Exclusions

Your active accounts, anyone a rep is working right now, competitors, and anyone who has asked not to be contacted. Honored as a hard rule from day one.

6

The accounts and the closers

Your own LinkedIn, a team member's, or ours. And whether the microscope, the lab tour and a call with your Chief Science Officer can be offered in a first message.

Anything on this list you cannot give us becomes a question on the proposal call, not a surprise after it.
Deliberately not proposed: PR, video, a website rebuild or your social. Instagram is doing its job. The gap is reaching the decision maker, so that is where this goes.
